Living in a fast paced, on the go type of society, we naturally tend to fill ourselves up with the quick fixes, and things that bring instant gratification. But are these things bringing us true happiness? Or are we just filling voids? Here’s my take on the difference between pleasure & happiness, and the importance of separating the two.

When it comes to universal law, you get back what you put out. The words, thoughts, and energy you express on a daily basis have the power to create your reality. As cliche as it sounds, changing your mindset can truly change your life.

Alignment (noun): the proper positioning or state of adjustment of parts in relation to each other. •If you own a vehicle, you know that having your tires in alignment is necessary to keep you on a smooth, straight path to your destination. The same idea goes for yourself. When we make choices to move in alignment, we are putting ourselves on the quickest, most painless, most graceful track to our goals. With that being said, the popular “hustle” mentality has many of us moving out of alignment, adding unnecessary detours & road blocks to our path.
