Katie Nall talks about dissolving WAFFLES (worries, anxiety, fear, frustration, lethargy, exhaustion and stress) through EFT or tapping to release negativity.

In this episode of the podcast, we’re talking about releasing negative emotions that are blocked or stuck in the body using the technique called EFT (emotional freedom technique) or tapping. Katie walks us through a tapping session and explains the benefits of practicing on a regular basis.

“There's only a few spots on your body that you work on and those hit about 98% of your organs. Now, why would you be concerned about connecting to your organs?

Well, if you ever heard of a broken heart or an upset stomach, that our emotions get stored in different parts of our body. Tapping on these different acupressure points, kind of like an acupuncture would do. They are related to the different organs in our body. And so, as we tap on them, it releases that blockage and allows that emotion to move on.”    Katie Nall
