Tara is a Software Engineer at Google. She's a speaker, teacher and writer sharing tips and advice on career development in the tech industry. 

Tara is a regular supporter of programmes and projects for black women and minorities by teaching them to code and mentoring them in their careers. She has worked as a STEM Ambassador inspiring children and young people, while volunteering at Code Clubs, giving career talks at school events and working with organisations such as Microsoft and the United Nations. 

On this episode of the Glowing in Tech podcast, she shares how she progressed within her career as a Software Engineer and how she landed a role at the FAANG company Google.
