To be transformed is to be renewed by your mind so God can change your heart he can make you over again !!

we all have some type of regret but we can't live in the past God is a  forgiving  God trust that he knows what's best! 

Expect Good things will happen even though life sometimes Happens God is still there to help us get through it!

Staying Positive can be hard when negative thoughts and people are around us but God is there to help us get better and we can do that by reading his word and praying to him!

Controlling your thoughts is important what we let take over our minds will either burden us or set us free God wants us to be at ease and not overthink take a moment and read the word to strengthen our faith!
