Real-life sisters Taran and Bunny Ghatrora launched Blume, the first direct-to-consumer brand focused on puberty, almost exactly two years ago. Their big lightbulb moment came in their 20s, when Bunny was diagnosed with PCOS at the same time that Taran was studying how women and girls often suffer from stigmas surrounding their periods.
