1994 Under the Direct command of president Bill Clinton the United States Navy illegally implanted me with a device used to broadcast my thoughts idea's and whereabouts to government, society or enemy in which they should have no Concern with my life. Based on a true story the FBI won't investigate the violation of my civil rights and liberties and illegal eavesdropping and wiretapping instead they are trying to kill me to cover up the conspiracy with satellite weapons and torture programs
