City Councillor, Jon Burnside thinks it's time to completely rethink the way Toronto residents elect city councillors.  He's proposing a 34-member council, but eight of those members would be elected city-wide.  The so-called “Executive Council” would only deal with large City issues such as transit, housing and infrastructure.  Tasha Kheiriddin talks to him more about his plan.
