Question: Do you know God wants you to be in perfect health? When you are healthy, you can serve God and other people. Good health is much more valuable than riches, right? Because if the wealthy individual’s health is poor and their health cannot be healed, money cannot buy good health; only God can restore it.
Seek health, not fame, not money or social media. Seek God for your perfect health. He has the source of all everything that you need or desire.
In spiritual exercise, we walk by faith and not by what we feel, see or know. To have good health in the Lord, it's to train your soul, spirit and mind. How? By reading, meditating and praying.
Prayer releases the answers, and God answers prayers. Reading keep our brain active and mediation gives you strength. You will have more awareness and vision train your mind. Feeding on God’s words helps you develop a strong relationship with God.
Physical Exercise helps you to be healthy and robust. How? Exercising regularly, such as running, swimming, gymnastics, working out in the gym etc., you will be happy when you’re fit and well.
My tips for a healthy you, drink more water and cut out fizzy drinks, caffeine and sugars. Eat more fruit and vegetables, Eat healthy fat, and eat the right food portions on your plate. Do not compare yourself with other people. Because that’ll make you sad and depressed.
Exercise more when you’re less busy or perhaps find the right time that suit you. Taking the right vitamins and minerals supplements that is perfect for you. Think positive and be who God call you to be in this society. You’re special, stay blessed Tasha.

However, Christians are different from other people because we believe in one God that is Jesus Christ, our lord. We are not of the world, so we don’t represent the world, but we represent God.
