Adam Copeland is joined by Athletic Raiders Writer Tashan Reed to talk about the Raiders hiring Josh McDaniels to be their new Head Coach. Mark Davis has found his new man to run the franchise on the field in Josh McDaniels. He brings the Patriots connection with him to Las Vegas. The Raiders are saying this isn't a rebuilding season, but there will be some changes. One of the biggest decisions to be made is what to do with Derek Carr. Tashan talks about how the QB is a big key to the offense that McDaniels wants to run. McDaniels has grown a lot since his time with the Broncos and leaving the Colts at the alter and Tashan thinks that could be a good thing. And Tashan breaks down the Raiders biggest needs this offseason to help the Raiders make a deep playoff run.
