A common house plant, Tradescantia Zebrina, is called “The Wandering Jew.” Do you wonder why? 

Jehovah (Yahweh) is referred to as the El above all elohim (Ps 95:3). But isn’t there just one God? 

The devil’s lie is that God’s commands impede our happiness; they are, in fact, His portals to blessing. 

“The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings” (Mal 4:2). How they’ll need that healing then!

“Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion…” (Ps 48:2). Not now, says Asaph!

Of course the Lord doesn’t sleep or wake up—but there are times when He seems to spring into action.

“They said, ‘Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?’” (Ps 78:19). Oh yes He can! And He did!

After these miracles, they “tested” God by making Him prove His faithfulness all over again.

“A generation that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God” (Ps 78:8). 

The road of life can be tough, but don’t make it harder by exiting at Transgressor Way (Prov 13:15).
