Tat Kathanam

Last episode out of three meditation series includes six points 1- where you do meditation 2- when you do meditation 3- on which one should meditate 4- how much we should meditate & last one 5- how long one should meditate.

There are so many types of meditation but according to purpose two types only. And With out meditation results of our efforts not fruitfull either it is for selfish purpose or for selfless.

Men is the most intellectual being in the world in which in-borne multi level awareness of consciousness

Every life is spiritual by nature, the difference is that some are walking passengers and other are standing passengers.

ईश्वर कोटि, जीव कोटि और अवतारों के भेद को जानकर ही धर्म और सम्प्रदायों के अन्तर को सम्यक् रूप से समझा जा सकता है। उस परमात्मा का प्रकाश या अभिव्यक्ति सबसे अधिक यदि कहीं है तो वह मनुष्य में ही है। इसलिए मनुष्य, मनुष्य में ही जब तक उस परमात्मा का अनुभव नहीं कर लेता तब तक वह दुःख कष्ट और मृत्यु भय आदि उपद्रवों से नहीं छूट सकता /The goal of human life is a four step effort or emancipation. These steps are depending each other. They are not independent which are following 1- DHARMA (religious practice) 2- ARTHA ( capital or money), 3- KAAM (Desire or wish) & last one is 4- MOKSHYA (emancipation or ultimate liberty)

सभी लोग सारा जीवन सब कुछ आराम के लिए ही करते है। और अब जब उस अन्तर्यामी ने सभी को जी भर के घर पर आराम का अवसर दे दिया तो हम सड़कों पर आ गये हैं कैसी विडम्बना है?
