I first thought this was going to be light hearted but I had to speak on communication. It's not easy especially when you have a hard life of trauma. Try everything before you give up. Strength does not lie in avoiding your fear and grinding regardless. It lies in facing that fear no matter how hard it is. When you feel afraid to jump that's exactly when you should jump. In ep7 I said I'm in my cool era, so I thought. Honestly I've had a fresh start a new look at life so much that I don't have much of an identity so I can create it. Also my braces journey is one with ripping them out myself for. As frustrating as it is I wouldn't have changed a thing.
