JoeTheLawyer calls in with an interesting observation regarding spells with no saves (Cloudkill, Powerword Kill, Sleep, etc). I respond with thoughts of my own.

Save of Die sounds great, but it takes some of the true challenges out of the game IMHO. Character death generally needs more meaning, and random death by Save or Die lacks that in my eyes

JoeTheLawyer and I have finalized plans for a Tenkar's Tavern Pub Gathering on Sunday, Dec 2 at Noon. We move to Stout across the street after a wee bit of shopping. First round is on me.
