Despite her bubbly personality, Tayla Clement can’t smile. She was born with an incredibly rare condition called Moebius syndrome, that gave her facial paralysis and club feet. Tayla has overcome severe bullying and depression to achieve amazing things, including becoming world number 1 in her classification for shot-put. With his passion for promoting real inclusion for people on the Spectrum, Hayden McDonald (22) is Australia's first "Unofficial" Pilot who is Autistic to fly solo across Australia.
"Don't want to take that risk and doesn't want to be Neurodiverse Friendly" is when Hayden speaks with Angus and Dylan on the significance of dismantling barriers between people with disabilities and the aviation workforce.
Hayden also talks about how he went from being mute as a child to public speaking all over Australia. Sharing his own stage preparation techniques when it comes to public speaking on his own social media platforms, at educational events, and even at Parliament House.

Tech Entrepreneur and Innovator Matt Pierri stumbled upon the idea for his app 'Sociability' after discovering how much of his own time was drained trying to find places to hang out socially for him and his friends, as a wheelchair user, attending Oxford University.
