Society has a preoccupation and fear of death--physical death. But little knowledge and scant regard for spiritual death. Physical death is inevitable, but spiritual death has already occurred and we must be 'born again from above' -that is spiritually- to be re-united now and forever with our Lord. Our bodies will die, but our spirits will remain and either receive eternal reward -because of what Christ did by conquering death- or eternal punishment for our rejection of His gift. Are you alive-

How often do we consider if the Lord is on OUR side- We hear these concepts echoed in questions like, 'would Jesus have been a Democrat or Republican-' We must realize that God is not on either side--there is only one side--God's side- We need a paradigm shift to re-focus ourselves to be on HIS side, and to stop trying to get God on OUR side.

What is your purpose in life- The scripture clearly teaches us -1- Glorify God - Enjoy Fellowship w- Him, -2- Love Each Other, -3- Work, -4- Have Dominion Over the Earth. Sharing a common purpose tears down all other barriers and units us. The world is searching for purpose, are you ready to share 'the' purpose with them-

'Peace be unto you' is the message Christ gave his followers after he arose from the grave. Today we sill need peace, the peace that only he can give us. This message reminds us what peace is and where it comes from while encouraging us to seek His peace, not the worlds.

This world is not my home- Let us be strangers and pilgrims that desire a better country and the city that is to come.

Just because you have a foundation -saving knowledge in Christ- does not mean you are building your life on the Rock.
