If you have an icky feeling in-the-moment, deal with it since it will not go away until you must confront it & then, I'll do so with the NEXT TIME it triggers thinking that's the adrenaline needed TO MOVE so I change FREEZE to FIGHT (fight with writing). That's the template I've created & have been doing.
