How one company is changing the estate agency market for the better.. Tyron Ash Real Estate

I was excited to record this podcast for a long time, having met Tyron prior to starting his own brand, I knew he had a big vision to do something great in the agency space across the UK.

The UK estate agency market is different to many other markets around the world, with many saying its slower than others and maybe lacks quality to. Tyron and his partners at Tyron Ash Real Estate are changing that however, a commission only role where agents earn more some months than normal agents in the market earn in a year.. Crazy right?

Tyron works extremely hard,  growing to 70 agents in the first year, those kind of numbers can't be hit without the pure hustle Tyron has. The business is growing from strength to strength, not just from the number of partners but also the quality of those partners within the business.

Hong Kong investment in the UK and global property markets with VP of Soho App Eli McGeever

For any developer/agency who has done 'overseas sales' before, you will know how important Hong Kong is to have within yours sales strategy as a place to launch

You can't ignore the fact how powerful exhibitions and seminars can be within the region, with some of the best performing agents globally being located their, it's every developers dream to come to HK and just sell a volume of units on day one.

But as many know, it just doesn't work like that. Trust, education and marketing fees are all a massive part of the sales strategy when it comes to successfully launching.

It was a pleasure to chat with Eli McGeever, VP of Soho App, a technology product/platform based out of Hong Kong which tracks data across all exhibitions happening every weekend there.

Having  personally used loft interiors for my first residential development in the centre of Manchester (Brooklyn Lofts) I had to get this man on the podcast. 

As a well respected chap in the industry, it's been exciting to follow Ben and Loft's journey over the years and the growth they've managed to make.
