Hurricane Michael recently blew through Florida's panhandle. Causing extensive damage and power outages and was overall a huge inconvenience. It also led me to postpone travel plans that I had. Though by using a certain mindset technique that I've learned, and reflecting on my experience while living in The Gambia. I was able to maintain a positive attitude through it all.
