Its TBT, but this episode is definitley one we need to go back to over and over again.  Enjoy...There is an epidemic in our lives, and its called Digital Devices... We need to recognize the problem and start to monitor, track and adjust where we are spending our time in order to limit stress and anxiety.  Plus, we need to recognize the fact that our thoughts are being influenced all day through digital devices and we need create a plan for creating results through our devices.
