They discuss everything about the gastronomy capital of the world: Lyon, France. An easy 2-hour train ride from Paris, Lyon is a must-visit spot for foodies and travelers. You’ll hear about Lyonnais dishes and traditional restaurants called Bouchons. They discuss the Rhône valley wine region and Kelcy tells the story of being denied entry to a wine tour because of the “wrong shoes”. Don’t make the same mistake she did.

Food - quenelle de Lyon, andouillette sausage, Praluline from Pralus

Restaurant - any local Bouchon (look for the symbol!)

Wineries - Domaine de corps de Loup (wear the right shoes!)
