Crummy movie March... continues? The month - the theme is Terminator Knockoffs and this one kind of follows a story about underground rich people and above ground poor people and the police that keep them apart and then one gets turned into a cybernetic thing... or something. Oh, and Bolo Yeung talks and is actually a good guy! IMDB.com describes "TC 2000" as: "Somewhere in an apocalyptic future, where the rich live underground and the poor are left to fend for themselves on the surface by forming gangs, corrupt members of an underground security force plot to destroy the surface."
