Recently, we hosted an event at TASCO youth development center in St. Petersburg to talk about life, leadership, and influence with our local community. We invited several professional athletes who call St. Pete home to be our guests. Afterwards, we caught up with Quincy Ford, small forward for BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque in France, and Tim Jackson, former defensive lineman for the Carolina Tar Heels & signee with the Houston Texans. This conversation dives into what it takes to balance college athletics, sacrifice, discipline, as well as overcoming adversity and a performance-based mentality.

Orlando Battista once said, "Sleep is the great eraser." That's why it's so important that we capture momentum that leads to people taking action. Next steps are everything, especially when you're working with teams! When you're leading on those levels, you can't be afraid of rejection, but rather make others say the know.
