TDMR

Today we thrust from the hip because of Spring Break! We love Spring Break! It had us so distracted! Since we were so busy, we didn’t have time for anything, so we sat and talked about culture shock from within the United States. We share some very personal stories about living hispanic and living Texan. We discuss accents and slang from different parts of the US that we have encountered. Then we really digress into BM’s in the AM’s and the techniques of hiding your BM’s sounds in a Lowe’s public restroom.

You know what we hate most? Buying 18ft of audio cable for $10 only to find out that it doesn’t work! The insane rage that I went through! I had to drive back into the city to return and buy another but not from the same store this time I went to Best Buy. ANYWAYS, We reviewed 5 podcast from Reddit this week and once again they didn’t disappoint. It makes me wonder if there are no bad podcasters on Reddit. It’s a short episode because of the bad cable sorry! Enjoy!

Listeners!!! Fans!!!Reddittors!!! Podcasters!!! Wanna know the Next Podcast you should be listening too? You DO!? You’re in the Right Place!!! … But.. Really, I doubt, that anyone really reads these. I wonder if I can Type Some Random Shit. I don’t even try to correct every grammar mistake, Twitter, says that texting has made a new dialect of English, so if, anyone wants to talk shit on my grammar, well, it's clear you don’t know the new dialect. Anyways back on subject. Is YouTube dying? Is Facebook and Twitch taking it’s place? Has YouTube killed itself? Sit back and sip on a nice cold glass of raw water, cuz you’re in it now!

It’s a short notice podcast! We recorded extra early because everything is hectic with all our work schedules. Our podcast Review will either come out later this week or next week, so don’t give up! It's coming down the pipe. So, we read twitter, which leads to us sharing more life stories and opinions of two men trapped in a world where we don’t really fit in. In the end, does anyone really fit in? If everyone is unique that would mean no one fits in and I’m fine with that. Are you fine with that?

I call, Michael, today because it was a busy Sunday for us both and I didn’t have time to drive half way across Texas to record with him today. While on the phone we discuss The Solo Re-cut trailer with Beastie Boys soundtrack over it. youtu.be/3TPY4TKo6uQ

That leads us to the Pacific Rim 2 trailer which in turn leads to a Netflix Godzilla Anime and Fullmetal Alchemist review! Then on the subject of Netflix, Jessica Jones Season 2 comes up

And finally, I call, Sammatha, and find out about boxing?

It’s another Reddit Podcast Review! Let me, just say, the podcast redditors, know what they are doing! They know their craft! We get serious for a moment about gun violence. We don’t have the answers about what to do with gun control but we do know, is that something needs to be done. We have to continue the conversation until someone comes up with the solution. We talk about parenting and filtering what your children are watching on YouTube. Though the platform is now a cornerstone of society, there are some content creators that your children shouldn’t be watching.

Then We READ iTune reviews!!! And much more!

Today, we have a very very special guest… Rosy! Rosy and I go way way back! She is also Michael’s waifu! Now that that is over, we get into the deepest discussion that TDMR has ever had “Digital or Print books.” Then we discuss the Deadpool 2 trailer and speculate if Apocalypse will be in the film. Then we get some insight on the thrifty and smart way to consume media by way of... the Public Library. Rosy and Michael share their thoughts the movie and book “The Girl with all the Gifts.” Then it’s story time with Rosy. And lastly, we get into Ercotica books and Rosy’s ambitions to write a book.
