Update (2nd June 2015):  The last track at 23:34 is not Police & Thieves by Yayoland, but is in fact Stepping To Zion by Congo Tree. Congo Tree is from Stockholm, Sweden and I got the track from Versionist. No idea why I substituted the track at the last minute. Big thanks to Jens Hagerman for spotting this!
