This is a slightly more heart felt session on how I gained my confidence.

This was one of those experiments. Luckily it wasn't so bad. After having such a great time on podcasts I thought why not try and create a live version that streams at the same time. In true style this is another podcast of ho it feels to live stream on this show and also on YouTube and Instagram.

Literally what it says on the tin.

This is the good stuff that I often leave out in my workshop due to time restrictions.
