The saying is true “teamwork makes the dreamwork”, today we are touching in on something we truly believe MAKES or breaks your business. This plays a huge part in retention, your impact, the pace of growth, and momentum. It also is key to creating a community. Over here we highly prefer an open conversation about struggles over ghosting and quitting.

This industry leaves you alone to do a lot of things. It’s up to you to create a sense of community and friendship that lets them know you are in this together.

This one is super special to us because the gal we interview on this episode is the entire reason we are where we are today. She was once fired from corporate America and on food stamps wondering how she was going to keep her home… and is now running a team of people that do a 1,000,000 a month (that we are apart of) in sales and creating a world where money has become obsolete. The price of ambition is a small price to pay when we're talking about your dreams. 

It takes being scared. It takes following your gut. It takes hard work to override the naysayers, the opinions and the petty betty’s. It takes losing friends, discipline, work ethic.. It takes a lot of things that most people won’t understand. Sadly, a lot of people aren’t willing to do what it takes. Were about to get really honest & hopefully this brings a sigh of relief to some of our soul sisters out there that deal with this. Being ambitious is a blessing and curse. It’s a bittersweet trait to have, but it is also the one trait that leads people to create a future they dream of. If you are willing to deal with the ugly parts of ambition, you are absolutely worthy of soaking in all that is beautiful about it. In this episode, we talk about the fun & the not so fun parts of being ambitious. There is a price to pay, but the pay off is unmatched. How committed are you to your goals?

We told ourselves we weren’t going to start the podcast until we were both at the top of the company, had we waited til then, we still wouldn’t be recording. So, stop putting things off! In today episode - we want you to realize two things. That you are in 𝐜𝗼𝐧𝐭𝐫𝗼𝐥 and that you only get 𝐎𝐍𝐄 shot at life. Don’t waste anymore time. Quit thinking you have tons of time left. For us, our lives are 1/4 over and that’s IF we live to 100. Quit convincing yourself one day will happen, when you don’t even know if tomorrow will happen. You can’t get back yesterday, so figure out what you want and work at it right now. Don’t get to the end of your life with a list of “𝑰 𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒉”‘s. Get to the end with a list of ”I 𝒅𝒊𝒅 that”’s.

We hope this episode wakes you up to the reality that time is fleeting. Do something today that will get your closer to something you’ve always wanted. Today we walk you through our morning routines. How we structure our days and we go over a couple tips on work life balance and how we mange this gig. We didn’t always work from home full-time, and we didn’t always have the routines that we do now! This took trial and error and lots of hiccups along the way to figure out what our non-negotiables are every day, how to keep track of everything that needs to get done and what time of the day we work best. If you’re curious about what a day in the life is like for Kaleigh and I, here it is. Our lives at every different, but also a lot alike. We hope you can implement some of these tips into your day to day!
