Michael had an outstanding basketball career as a high school player in Champaign, IL. He then moved on to have a great impact as a player for the University of Illinois and then Grand Canyon University. Finke then played professionally for several seasons . He and his wife Lexie have now returned to central Illinois where Michael is embarking on a real estate career with TeamFinke / Real Estate! 

Ken Dilger grew up in Mariah Hill, IN, population 150! He went on to become an All Big Ten Tight End at the University of Illinois. Ken was drafted in the 1995 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He played 10 seasons in the NFL. His first seven with the Colts and the  last three with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In his first season(2002) with the Buccaneers they became Super Bowl Champions! Ken now lives in Carmel, IN with his wife Heidi. They have two children Jessica and Zach.

Mike Small grew up in Danville,  IL and picked up golf at an early age. Mike won a state golf championship as a part of the Danville Vikings High School Golf Team. Mike went on to have a great golf career at the University of Illinois which culminated in a Big Ten Team Golf Championship. After college, Mike went on to play professionallly on the PGA TOUR and what is now called the Korn Ferry Tour. Mike has 33 professional wins. 

In 2000, Mike became the Head Golf Coach at the University of Illinois. Mike has guided the Illini to 13 Big Ten Championships in the last 15 years. In additiion, Small has mentored two NCAA individual Champions and has led Illinois to top-five NCAA finishes in nine of the last 13 postseasons.

Scott Olson was a long time successful high school basketball coach and educator in Illinois.  He was inducted into the IHSA Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013. Today Scott continues to have an impact as a motivational speaker and author of a of a book called "The Turnaround Coach". You can find his book on Amazon!
