Welcome back to Tea Session 21! It has been a hot minute since my last episode. There have been a few bumps in the road over the last few months. Mental health has been a struggle for me so it has been a primary focus to pick myself up and figure out what to do and where to go from here. Mental health is something so many of us struggle with. It can be the smallest things- things we don’t even realize we are struggling with or are effecting us that actually play a huge role in effecting us. It is so important to make sure we acknowledge when we feel this way, it takes strength to speak up. It’s okay to focus and reset to get your mind to a happier and healthier place. Today, I talk about all things mental health related and some things I have been doing to get myself back on track. For anyone struggling, I am always here to help in any way I can. Hope you enjoy!
