Welcome to tea session 4! Today we are getting personal yet again (my specialty) and talking about ways to live a meaningful life. I think when faced with difficult tasks and challenges that life can throw our way we often forget to shift our perspective so we don't fall into the trap of negative thinking. Dealing with the things I have and my dad's cancer diagnosis lately, I find myself struggling. So, in order to shift that perspective I had to take my worries and my sadness and turn it into something more constructive and positive and that is why I decided to share with all of you. Let's not forget we only have one life to live so let's make it the best we can and the most meaningful that we can. Hope you enjoy!
