Billion Dollar company gives out regular raises with an extra dollar at a different facility but not where I work. Maybe because last year they wouldn’t give us essential pay. Or maybe because everyone is quitting and temps are making the same amount. Dumb Bosses at my job need to get it right to build a better Morale
