Summary: Huggy begins the breakdown of LovingKindness by starting with the energy inspiring the word Loving and what that means for our souls and how we connect with self and the world we are in and a part of. In Episode 6, Huggy will then dive into Kindness and in Episode 7 teach a guide to help bring us back to LovingKindness when we are in emotionally intense situations.

Summary: Huggy explores with you the magic of speaking from the heart + being present like a bee is being with a flower. Helping each other to engage differently, where it is easier to be in one another’s presence without needing for one another to show up perfect before we can be in each other’s space.
