Redgoat handles the changes on his own....Razor still on break, plus he didn't tell her we were doing another show. Friends lol. New format includes 3- 20 minute shows each week, ands 3 free workout sessions at with Redgoat at his place of training. Redgoat manages to do nothing worth while in 20 minutes... so like the 60 minute show just less.
