Teaching nursing students in the 21st century is different than in previous generations. Technology has allowed students immediate access to information, which has opened the door to expand the faculty role as mentor. This podcast with Mark Livsey presents mentoring strategies in a clinical setting, which can be generalized to didactic and online instruction to promote positive student outcomes.
