Today's episode is about Phil. 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

This verse tells us we are NOT alone when the overwhelm of the school year causes tough moments; BUT, it also tells us we are not alone during the times when we are being strengthened by Christ throughout this time. He puts little things in our path all day long, every day to strengthen us. We just need to focus enough to see them and see Him in them.

God bless each of you as you start this school year off on the right foot! You are AMAZING, teachers! Thank you for working for the best and bringing the best out of all of us! It's going to be a great year!!

Being a teacher is stressful! But, the stress of teaching during the holiday madness can be challenging. But, I am here to give you some things that have helped me throughout the years. I am certainly not perfect at them, so creating this list was a good reminder for me as well. Holiday stress is real for all of us! So today, I hope to help you with that, my friend!

The beginning of every school year is exciting, stressful, exhausting, and in one word, you could call it "OVERWHELMING". I hope this episode will encourage all of you! Thanks for listening!
