2023 is almost ending and just as the saying goes, " New year New habits." so these are a few behaviors teachers must out a stop to and must not enter the new years with. These behaviors if stopped will help put a better outlook on the teaching profession.

As a newly posted teacher there could be so many things you may end up feeling overwhelmed about so to make things easier and smooth in your first year of teaching professionally, here are a few things you should always take notes on before going into your classroom.

The continuous professional development are workshops organized to help teachers develop their skills in impacting knowledge and solving environmental issues in their teaching and learning. These workshops are somehow losing its value as it doesn't really target new ideas and seek to actually help teachers grow in their field.

Teacher and learning is mostly successful when we understand the needs of our learners ad children then use strategies to help them achieve their goals and expectations in learning. therefore it is paramount that we use various ways to help children learning in a healthiest ways possible.

Stephen Desu, a teacher and the founder of the Innovative Teacher Union has taken the NTC, GES and AG to court over a proposed deduction from the professional development allowance. The deductions were agreed on by the teacher unions (GNAT, NAGRAT and CCT).
