The Apostle Paul spent a great deal of his life and its energy for the sake of grounding believers. In the scriptures it is aptly called 'confirming' souls.

The truth of absolute truth is a foundation stone of the Christian life.-The work of the Holy Spirit, combined with faith is the key to learning truth.

We conclude our study in the book of Philippians with this session. In it we see some very important things about the support of missions and the work of God.

A great passage on contentment, giving, receiving and claiming the promises of God's provision.

In this passage the Apostle Paul gives us light into two distinct parts of victorious Christian living.

Simon Peter pulled back without consciously doing so--Would you recognize the signs if you were-

Simon Peter is a great leader by virtue of God's choosing him to be one who is taught publicly and then preserved for two thousand years. Would you know if you are pulling back in a similar manner to that which Simon Peter finds himself pulling back from his calling- He went not into the world or sin, just pulled back.

Paul continues his communication to us and moves into instructions in righteousness. This includes several very helpful things

In this section of the book we see Paul appealing for a like minded spirit among the workers of the work. He also refers to what is a most amazing book, the book of life, which we will one day fully understand.

After we are saved and secure, the real seeking begins- Attending to the ministry of the word and the fellowship of the saints is important- but only as effective as our daily seeking-
