茶を振るは手先を振ると思うなよ肘より振れよ、それが秘事也 cha wo furu wa tesaki wo furu to omou na yo hiji yori fure yo sore ga hiji nari

When whisking the cha Think not of nimble fingers Nor a snappy wrist Instead whisk from your elbow From here does the action flow
