One of the things that Aaron attributes to the insane growth is the communication he has with his team to be able to find out what kind of work they enjoy doing so he can go out and get more of that kind of work so that the team shows up to work excited to be there.

Lastly, Randy and Aaron talk about the guilt that most entrepreneurs feel when it comes to letting go of working in the business to start working on the business.
