Grounding Meditation for Peace. Inhaling and exhaling Creativity, Curiosity, Clarity, Calm, Compassion, Courage, Confidence, and Connection into our body so we can tap into our authentic self and be the peace we seek.

Thank you for listening.

May you be the peace you seek and may God, Grace and Gratitude be with you today and always.

As 2022 comes to an end, can you take a moment to slow down and to tap into your authentic self qualities?

What will be your intent/word for 2023?

I invite you to join me for a moment in time to meditate on our blessings and the qualities of authentic self.

Thank you and may you be a blessing and continue to bring your A-Game to your life.

Love and gratitude always-

Pamela

Authentic self grounding meditation in gratitude for and dedicated to all Veteran's - past, present and future, for their sacred service for all.

Aloha and mahalo for listening.

A powerful grounding meditation dedicated to all daughters.

A grounding meditation for an incredible day.

How do you ground yourself?

You are invited to join us as we begin 2022 anew with the intent to find flow and bring forward our authentic self.

This meditation invites you to find connection, confidence, courage, compassion, calm, clarity, curiosity and creativity.

Can we lead with love and find gratitude just for today?

A thought for this week:

You are going to die - one day for certain.

But for today and this minute can you just live?

This meditation is dedicated to Susie.

May you find peace and Grace, love and strength no matter what challenges you may face now and in the future.

Thanks to all who inspire me on a daily basis as we ride this wave called life.

I hope and pray I can help empower, enrich and energize you to live, give and go where you'll grow throughout your one precious and epic life.

Love, Grace, Grit, and Gratitude, always,

Pamela

How do you tap into your authentic self?

Every day we have the opportunity to begin again and to start new.

This meditation incorporates breathing and the 8 qualities of authentic self into different areas which closely align to the various chakras.

May we be: Creative, Curious, Clear, Calm, Compassionate, Courageous, Confident and Connected to the source and to each other.

It is my wish that we may we all develop tools that can help us all heal as we come out of this past pandemic filled year.

I would love to get your feedback.

Until we meet again, may we all stay connected to the source and to each other and may today be better than tomorrow as we embrace love and light today and always.

Love and gratitude,

Pamela

Here's to getting it done in 2021.
