TeamSTEPPS is a curriculum designed for health care professionals that emphasizes good communication and teamwork. This toolkit is evidence based and available for free from the AHRQ and we use it at UC Davis to improve communication, teamwork and patient safety. In this episode we talk with our TeamSTEPPS champions about the curriculum and how we can be better team members.
