The Twins split a pair of games in a new-look Camden Yards in Baltimore, which has changed its dimensions in left field to create perhaps the most dangerous outfield in baseball. Hoges fills in for David as he and Dan recap a series that began with promise, was bungled by Bundy and Rocco and then ended with what appears to be a broken finger on Carlos Correa's hand. Hoges wonders about Rocco Baldelli's handling of off-days and also questions the wisdom of maligned third-base coach Tommy Watkins. Dan asks whether Ryan Jeffers has arrived as a legitimate starting catcher. And, without David to stop them, Hoges and Dan offer a quite unsolicited defense of the great Joe Mauer. Thanks so much for listening, and as always, go Twins!
