Today on TeaTime, we hydrated ourselves by drinking water while chatting about the universal language of music. We talk about what music means to us, how music connects us, discovering our favorite genres of music, and Nigerian music/Afrobeat's influence in our lives. Today we drank vanilla milkshakes (spoiler alert: they were very disappointing) while discussing our personal journeys with body positivity. We share how our body image has impacted us, how our relationships with exercise and food have evolved over time, and what body positivity means to us as a whole. Everyone's experiences are different when it comes to this topic so we can only speak for ourselves, but we had fun discussing how we view our bodies. We hope you have fun listening!
