We've all been there before, haven't we? Dragging ourselves onto social media to look at other people put how great their lives are on display, while we look around being upset that we aren't living our best lives too, out here making silly creative content with our friends that are also super influencers and quarantining in a nice big house or being with our wonderful husband/wife and children and omg look at how it's bringing us closer don't you just love us...and on and on and on the story goes.

In today's episode, I just wanted to make those of you that don't feel like you're where you want to be in life, feel better. To give you hope that during this epidemic, it may actually be just what you need to start a new chapter of your life and be the person that you really want to be, or the person you've always been but never allowed yourself to show for fear of judgement.
