What a journey it’s been for Justin Apodaca. A former media person covering Texas Tech, Apodaca worked feverishly behind the scenes analyzing players in preparation for a hopeful pivot to the personnel side. Louisiana Tech came calling earlier this year, and Sonny Cumbie gave Apodaca the opportunity of a lifetime. Apodaca shares his story, including the vibes around a 3-1 start for the ‘Dogs on the gridiron, and too how the combination of recruiting & scouting consumes his life in the most fulfilling of ways.
