Grief is one of the hardest things we can experience in life, but what makes grief easier to go through is when a powerful legacy - such as Kim Thomas - has been created.
Kim was very instrumental in Jacqueline's journey as a woman in tech, and in this episode, you'll find out why.
Thank you Kim, for the impact you made on so many women in technology. You will forever be missed. Rest in glory until we meet again.

Happy International Women's Day! This episode was specially recorded for women all over the world who desire to become computer programmers of any kind. As of today, only 28.7% of people in Software Development are women. That must change.
One of the reasons that percentage is so low is because many women lack the confidence needed to take on this role. So, in today's episode, I layout the framework on how women can confidently learn to code, especially if they are in a non-technical career.
