This week's episode is a live recording from the Release Party of Tech Hustler podcast in September. It was such a great release with the coolest female tech founders and investors in the Swedish ecosystem. We had very interesting discussions and I wanted to share them with you.
First out is Beatrice von Schwerin who is, together with Lisa Leuhusen, founder of Blanche stories. A brand new romance app for female sexual pleasure and wellbeing. We talk about their latest investment round and the differences between male and female investors and their investmentstrategy.
Next is Persheng Babaheidari that together with her sister Perdica is the founder of ByBano. They are creating elegant business bags for women. We talk about their marketing strategy and how they are growing their brand on TikTok. How to find the koncept that is trending and to post 3 times a day for 100 days to learn what works.
Then we have Mikaela Aare who is a career counselor gone entrepreneur, NFT creator and founder of Rebel Wonderland. We talk about digital wallets, blockchain, what NFT projects to invest in and how you can create your own NFT collection.
And the last interview is with Elena Kell and Silvia A. Carretta from Women in AI. We talk about creating space for women in AI and that you don't have to choose between your personal and professional life. How to be a good role model for young women in tech and to live a vulnerable life. To embody and be the change that you want to see in the world.

Always be humble, truthful and authentic!

💥Tech Hustler podcast is finally live💥
….someone please pinch me in the arm….
In the first episode, you will get the opportunity to hear my unfiltered story.
I have never been this transparent in sharing my failures and learnings but today I am sharing it all with you.
The story starts with me coming to Sweden as a refugee at age 7, powering through law school even though I hated it and failed a lot of classes, working in the Insurance industry for 10+ years and being discriminated against because of being a young woman, becoming a mom, resigning in the middle of a pandemic, finding my calling and transitioning into entrepreneurship, working with 5 different co-founders on different startup ideas, pitching, hustling, driving a mentorship program impacting hundreds of people and finally finding my own voice and founding Tech Hustler.
The journey has not been easy but I didn't let it define and break me. I learned to own my story and use it to empower others. That is why I am sharing the unfiltered version with you and because I am tired of all the superficial relationships and polished entrepreneurship stories out there.
Now I have my own platform and community with other powerful and ambitious women that are on the same journey as me, to redefine the tech industry and claim their space in it.
The podcast is just the beginning and there are more exciting things coming your way 👀
So don't let anyone put you in a box and dim your light and remember to hustle smarter, not harder!
XOXO Ivana
