Niall McDonagh is a programme manager at ECS and has been for just over 6 years. Throughout his journey is has faced different types of adversity but this has not stopped him from purusing his dream and following his career path. In this final episode for International Men's Day 2021 we take an extraordinary trip with Niall as he walks us through what it has been like being gay in a very male dominated industry.

AWS Re:Invent is a week long event which is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Las Vegas. 2021 was the first time the event has been live in 2 years and it brought a whole host of great talking points. AWS re:Invent is a learning conference hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the global cloud computing community. The in person event features keynote announcements, training and certification opportunities, access to 1,500+ technical sessions, the Expo, after-hours events, and so much more.  With a new CEO at the helm it was a great time to see everything new and updates to the company. ECS send some lucky consultants along to enjoy the ride and this year it was Neal Makh who attended on the AWS grant, and Sunil Tailor who is an AWS veteran.

Mark Farrington is the Chief Executive Officer at ECS, a GlobalLogic owned Company. Episode 16 we invited Chris Dunkley who works in Delivery Assurance at ECS. As we navigate through International Men's Day, we aim to show the different aspects and themes that men are faced with. This can include mental health, the stigma around what a man should be and manhood.
