This brief Video Podcast is to demonstrate the capabilities of video podcasting. I intend to use the video capability in my podcasts so that I can demonstrate various things on live machines during the podcast. Please comment if the Video Podcast does not display correctly for you.

Remembering all the userames and passwords we need today is a major problem. We are told not to use the same password for multiple logins and to change our passwords regularly which makes this problem ten times worse. It would be really good to have a small secure program in which you could store all these usernames and passwords. It would be even better if this program could insert then automatically when visiting each website. This podcast discusses Password Managers and gives an example of a free Open Source program that you can download, install and use on Windows 10.

Performing regular backups is one of the most important tasks when looking after your own PC. Unfortuantely most home users don't know how to go about this very important task. Finally the podcast desbribes a method for backing up 1) just your personal data and 2) the whole of your PC. The latter makes use of the free Macrium Reflect software.
