Kevin Horner charts the S&P 500 (SPX), Honeywell (HON) and 3M (MMM). He is monitoring below current price levels in case of dips as traders look to the 7,000 level. Honeywell (HON) has a short-term bull trend and is headed towards $210, which it has had difficulty breaching before. 3M (MMM) has been in a three-month consolidation and looks like it could make a new high soon.
