- Edgar Cayce: The Sleeping Prophet
Edgar Cayce The Sleeping Prophet was known for putting himself in a sleeplike trance to access the universal consciousness and gave readings, made predictions, and cured those that were ill. He claimed to have acquired his special gift after being visited by a winged woman while reading the bible in the forest. Despite his great powers, he wasn’t able to predict or heal one of the most important people in his life. Today, we’ll discuss the events that lead to Edgar Cayce becoming one of the country’s most renowned prophets, some of his most well known predictions and healings, and some of the predictions he got way wrong!

51 min - RRR: Rise Roar Revolt
RRR is a 2022 Telugu language Indian action film that first came to the attention of Western audiences when their Netflix trailer featuring almost comical over-exaggerated action and special effects scenes went viral. We took a chance on it and were pleasantly surprised. The movie had a mission, a romance, friendship, betrayal, redemption, and more singing and dancing than we could have ever imagined. It was a nonstop emotional roller coaster ride with amazing character development and a lot of heart. Today, we will review this movie and discuss the plot and many of the things that we enjoyed about the movie, the action and fight sequences and the crush our 2 female co-hosts had on one of the actors and his mustache!Special thanks to our Super Homie Super Friend Eli for joining us on this episode!

1 hr 19 min - Amupac: The Alien Base Protecting Mexico From Hurricanes
The Mexican city of Tampico, Tamaulipas is in the Southeastern region of Mexico overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It was once known for regularly getting hit by hurricanes, but a hurricane hasn’t made landfall since 1966. Many believe this is due to the region being protected by aliens, as UFO’s first started to be reported regularly in the region in 1967. Believers of this theory claim their extraterrestrial protectors have an alien base named Amupac a few miles from the coast of Tampico passed the Miramar beach. Today, we’ll discuss the UFO event that spawned the Amupac theory, eyewitness accounts from a man who claims to have visited the alien base, and what might really be diverting hurricanes away from the region.

42 min - Stanley Cups: What’s All The Hype About?
The brand Stanley and their cups have been around for over 100 years. They got their start by catering to the common blue collared man who worked long hours, and needed a way to keep his drink of choice cold or warm for long hours. In 2020, a group of women who managed a blog by the name of “The Buy Guide” started pushing the Stanley Cup and the perks of owning one. They reached out to Stanley in an attempt to get them to market to an untapped market, 20-50 something year old women. At first Stanley didn’t buy into the hype but they figured they would give it a shot and allowed these influencers to do their thing - INFLUENCE. In this episode we'll give you a brief history lesson on the man behind it all, William Stanley Jr., the phenomenon of the Stanley cup craze, and the claims of lead poisoning that could be their possible downfall.

42 min - The Great Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Heist
In 2013 200 bottles of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon went missing from the Buffalo Trace distillery, making international news. Each bottle often fetches over $4,000.00 on the secondary market, making it one of the most expensive and sought after whiskeys in the world. While Toby Curtsinger was convicted of the crime, none of the bottles were ever recovered, and the evidence seems to suggest that he might not have been responsible. Today, we’ll go over the case and key points of the investigation, the alcohol theft and drug ring Curtsinger was a part of, and who might have been responsible for the The Great Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Heist of 2013!
